Full cloth binding with decorative gilt on front, tiny cloth split at spine head. xx, 596pp. Written in collaboration with J. J. Thornber, professor of botany in the University of Arizona. Color frontis. with tissue guard. 500 illustrations in b&w, and 48 plates in color drawn from nature by Margaret Armstrong. We've put a mylar wrapper on the book.. Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. 12mo - over 6" - 8" Tall.
