A charming tale of life in the Norwegian fjords, as seen through the eyes of Erica, who believes in sprites and demons. Originally included in a story collection called ""Playfellows."" Arthur Rackham is perhaps the most well known of the artists in the era dubbed the ""Golden Age"" of illustration (1870 - 1930).
