About This Item

Edita, 1973. Hardcover. Near Fine in Near Fine Dust Jacket. No reference to printing, near fine, oversized hardcover (10 1/4 by 12) shows some mild bowing to covers and touch of soil at bottom corner page edges, in a near fine dust jacket (price at flap) that shows just a touch of shelf wear. 314 pages nicely illustrated. Still a good looking copy of this work from the noted maritime historian where-in he "..produces a large corpus of research into the design and performance of all classes of ships built in the nineteenth century.
