Plates of: Windsor from the Meadows; title page vignette of Pavilion, Brighton; The Parade, Tunbridge Wells; Blackwall (coloured). Text is about Brighton, its population, trade, the Pavilion, etc. but article is incomplete, likely continued in next issue. Lists the nobility, manors, clergy, places of worshp, magistrates, gentry up to the letter B. Endpapers contain advertising, including Royal Appointments.
