Spine is tight and there are no loose pages. Light soiling to the back cover. Hinges are intact. Small tan spot front edge of title page. Goes through to the half-title page. Very small buisness tag bottom of back cover. Dent top edge of front cover near the spine. Other than noted, there are no other marks or writing in the book.. Hard Cover. Good +/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
