Inscribed limited edition of Baxter's absurdist drawings and texts - association copy presented to Kenward Elmslie, longtime partner of Joe Brainard, who was himself a strong influence on Baxter. Elmslie was also sometime publisher of the artist's work through his own Z Press. A terrific association. 11'' x 8.5''. Original sewn cream wrappers. In original cream dust jacket, lacking title card (as issued). [16] pages. Edition of 250 copies, of which 50 were signed. Printed letterpress by Seven Corners Press. Inscribed by Baxter facing title page: "1970: for Kenward - bests - Glen Baxter." Dust jacket detached from sewn binding, with one short closed tear; light edgewear and toning.
