From the collection of anthropologist Wayne Prescott Suttles and his wife, author Lesley Conger (Shirley Suttles). Provenance provided upon request. Condition notes: 185 numbered pp +1; HB w/slipcase. Pages: clean, bright, tight, red topstain, taupe eps, color frontis; no defects. Cover: deep rose, gilt/pink artwork + gilt titles front/spine; no shelfwear. Slipcase: deep rose paper, no defects. Lovely, giftable.

Poor(P)-truly ugly, disbound or requiring other major rehabilitation. We stabilize most minor defects with archival quality materials, and with few exceptions, these stabilizations are reversible
