Slightly smaller book, red cloth, gilt lettering badly rubbed at top front, very tiny crease at bottom front tip, gilt nearly gone from embossed lettering on spine, illustration of German money and stamps inside front cover, calling card of Prince Wilhelm on first front end paper illustrated, facsimile of "Die Zukunft" printed in 1915 on reverse of final end paper, illustration of cover to program for 500-Year Anniversary of the Lordship of Hohenzollerns inside back cover, 380 heavy lightly browned pages. Gerard was ambassador to the German Imperial Court. Small lighter red spot at bottom front. Near Very Good.
