Issued in the University of Glasgow Social and Economic Studies New Series. 364 pp.+(4 pub.list); virtually pristine inside and out, unclipped jacket very slightly rubbed to top edge with nick top spine, which is just a shade darkened, main fault is a small scribbled address above author's name on front (74 St James's Street to be precise followed by illegible brief squiggle) (will apply protective wrapper when ordered). Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
