Scribner's, 1913. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo. Green cloth with decorative pictorial boards in gilt, red, and green. First Edition. A Fair copy. Book has edgewear (particularly noticeable on top of spine), bumped corners, minor rubbing that has little if any effect on pictorial boards, minor scratches to boards, age-related toning to pages, former owner's name on the back of the frontispiece in pencil, a spine split at the front hinge, smudges to the edges of the text block, and a series of liquid stains on the front cover that do not affect the design but are a very noticeable flaw that have affected the color of small parts of the front board significantly. All Illustrated plates present.
