Turquoise cloth with silver gilt spine lettering, black and white frontis portrait, map endpapers, 323 pages, illustrated dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with thin fade lines around upper and lower edges of its cover, gently rubbed spine ends, good hinges, sound text block, light one-inch coffee-colored stain stain bleeding mildly into the outer margins from page 250 to the end of the book, sound text block, good hinges, small address label on half-title, otherwise clean pages with no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is in good condition with very mildly chipped spine ends, a front right bottom corner neatly closed one-inch tear to the bottom of the front panel, minor additional chipping along top of rear panel.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
