This book is a thorough study of the life and work of the Scottish illustrator, Jessie Marion King (1875-1949). She studied at the Glsgow School of Art under Fra Newbery and numbered among her contemporaries Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the Macdonald sisters and those other artists who, together, established what has come to be known as the Glasgow Style. .
