Chicago: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1944. Revised & Enlarged Edition. Red Cloth. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 806pp. A well preserved copy. Gilt embossed lettering to the front board and spine. There is a palatte of typical background colours as a frontispiece plate and there are numerous other illustrations throughout. Light fading to the spine and two corners slightly turned in. Name and date inscription to the front end paper. Slight foreedge soiling, otherwise clean and tight. A very good copy.
