Externally sound with minor shelf wear and some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With general soiling to the boards, the spine darkened and slightly cocked forward. With David Talbot Rice's bookplate to the front pastedown, and a cutting with pricing of the different first edition bindings pasted to the front free endpaper.
