About This Item

Dover Publications, 1992. 1st Edition Printing Unknown. Soft cover. As New/No Jacket Issued. Color illustratoins by various artists. CONDITION: UNREAD, but not quite perfect, 1992 Dover edition, this printing c. 2000. Problem: I have 2 - 1 has a pale, short "scratch" on the front cover panel at "Hazen" and the other has a very small loss of color spot at the spine. Neither are horrible, but certainly there. If you order, I'll ask you which one you would like via scan. CONTENT: For many centuries, Amerindian peoples of the southwestern United States have lived in communal villages, or pueblos, that are typically a complex of flat-roofed buildings made of adobe or stone. Now children can re-create a pueblo village with this simple, colorful scale model. All that's needed is a pair of scissors and a bit of glue. Simple instructions enable young model makers to assemble authentic pueblo dwellings and populate the village with two-sided free-standing figures of Indians engaged in day-to-day activities, games, and rituals. Ideal for home or classroom projects.
