DJ good condition, 3" tear front-upper fold, bright cover illustration, chipped, price ($2.75) unclipped, covered. Pages yellowed with age, otherwise in very clean and readable with only small sellers' marks in pencil on front flyleaf. Beige cloth covers with green lettering. Corners unbumped, spine tight. Ehrenfried Pfeiffer was German soil scientist, anthroposophist and student of Rudolf Steiner, and a pioneer of biodynamics during the 1940s. This wide-ranging book reflects his concern for the various landscapes of the Earth and the effects of industrialization and mechanization on the environment.
