Fine/Fine. 15.5 Cms x 21.5 Cms. f/piece+71, 12 ills.; a pristine copy of this interesting monograph by the Consulting Anaesthetist of Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, a revision and expansion of a 1966 version entitled 'From Boston to Dumfries' (with same sub-title). Slipped in 2008 letter, which accompanied the book, from 'John' to 'Jack' enquiring about progress with 'Sir William's biography' , observing that no metnion is made in it of 'Ferguson', also a property ad. for apartment in 'Ferguson Hall', Edinburgh, also 2008 dated.
