Hardcover first edition with dust jacket. Published by Harcourt, Brace. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped, original $4.50 price is printed on the top corner of the front flap. Dust jacket has some light edge wear, and an area on the front cover where the art work has been lifted, about 1-1/2" X 1-1/2", maybe the result of an old price sticker being removed. The rust colored cloth covered boards are in excellent condition with no edge wear. Light age tanning to the top edge of the text block. The binding is intact and all pages are tight and square. Nice vintage historical novel. As is the case for all of our listings, the attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory, not a stock photo.
