Macmillan, 1955. Hardcover. Good. (Originally published, 1946) Ex-library copy, frontispiece photo of the Rev. E.M. Griffin. Slightly smaller book, dark blue cloth with remnant of browned tape and glue residue at top and bottom, front and back, stamped inside covers and title page "The Mark Twain Library" in West Redding CT. DJ has dark red background to front and spine, surface wear at spine bottom where library sticker removed, slight surface wear to front tips and spine bottom edge, very slight wear to spine top edge, praise for first four volumes of O'Casey's autobiography from Brooks Atkinson in New York Times, Lewis Gannett in New York Herald-Tribune, Sterling North in Washington Post, 431 lightly browned pages, small red-tinted photo of O'Casey inside back flap. Near Good, considering it is ex-library.
