SIGNED [i.e., Initialled] by the Author, forest green cloth over similar green cloth with gold lettering on the spine, Mylar-protected illustrated dust jacket (unclipped), 224 pages. Initialled on the free front endpaper by the Author (d.2010), the "Dean of American Crime Fiction" and greatly admired creator of Spenser, Jesse Stone, and Sunny Randall. This detective story stars Spenser and is set in a Boston housing project known as "Double Deuce." Very slightly cocked else NF/Fine internally and externally.
Synopsis
Double Deuce is the nineteenth Spenser novel by Robert B. Parker. The story follows Boston-based PI Spenser as he and his friend Hawk butt heads against a street gang while attempting to unravel the murder of a teenage mother and her daughter.
