Hardcover quarto (8.5" x 11.25") has sumptuous leather-like burgundy cloth over boards with creamy white textured cloth wrapping the spine, which has a decorative burgundy & gilt title box. Condition is Near Fine, with mild rubbing to lower extremities & slight bumping to corners. Else, completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with modest tanning, heavier to edges, but completely unmarked. The unclipped DJ (with orig. $6.50 price intact to front flap) is Good+, with multiple tears & chips to all edges; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
