Ward, Lock & Co, 1957. Hardcover. Good/Good. 1957. First Edition. 206 pages. Illustrated jacket over red cloth with black cloth spine and gilt titles. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Endpapers have strips of tanning caused by jacket. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Text block edges very dusty. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears and creasing. Jacket is in a transparent sleeve.
