Cleveland, Ohio: The World Publishing Company, 1966. Hardcover. Very Good. Facsimile edition. Historical introductions by A.L. Rowse and bibliographical notes by Robert O. Dougan. 12mo. Approximately 210pp. Vellum covered boards stamped in gilt with yapped edges, and two laces affixed to each board to be tied together when the book is closed. Very good with toning to the boards and spine. Housed in the original brown slip case with publisher's paper labels on both covers and the spine, some bumping to the edges and some foxing to the labels, else very good. Comes with a small (12mo) booklet of 20pp in sewn cream wrappers containing all of the historical and bibliographic content, with some rubbing to the wrappers, else very good.
