Condition is Near Fine: completely clean & unmarked, marred only by heavy foxing to all outside page edges. The unclipped DJ is only Good, with significant rubbing to extremities, including some wrinkling & chipping to bottom edge & some holes along DJ flaps; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
