Tiny nick in the cloth of the edge of the spine. Small, spotty brown stains on the edges of pages 45-65. Otherwise, text clean and binding tight. The jacket is lightly tanned and edgeworn, but essentially intact. The famous "Samuel Marchbanks" editorial columns by Canadian author and man of letters Robertson Davies. The title page is a cancel, with no "warning to reader" inserted.
