Clinton-Baddeley, exploring the county of Devon: its people and city life, with a chapter solely dedicated to Dartmoor and much more information on the customs and places of interest. Illustrated with a map and numerous plates in colour by Sutton Palmer. The undated first edition, in 'Black's Popular Series of Colour Books.' In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear, spine and boards only lightly bumped to extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Few minor spots scattered to the occasional leaf. Illustrated with colour plates by Sutton Palmer. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
