New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1929. Full blue cloth with black lettering and a black design of a flying airplane on the front cover. Mild shelf wear with slighty fraying of cloth at top of spine. Beautiful dust jacket of a pontooned airplane flying over a iceberg with the ocean in the background. Front cover has half inch chip with one inch tear at top and a half inch chip at bottom. Chipping at top of spine's jacket. Back panel has top corner jacket torn. Lightly soiled. Overall a VERY GOOD book in a GOOD minus mylar protected dust jacket. Good gift for the aviator. . Full Cloth. Very Good/Good. Illus. by John M. Foster. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
