New York: The Heritage Press, 1940. Hardback. 8vo (27cm by 18cm), xxi, 536pp. With an introduction by Edward Hutton, and text illustrations from woodcuts by Fritz Kredel. Original patterned fawn cloth, gilt titling to the spine, brown card slipcase. The book is in very good condition; the slipcase is structurally sound but a little worn (some rubbing, scuffing and staining).
