A collection of nineteen short stories by Osbert Sitwell, English author devoted to art and literature. Some of the stories included were never before published, such as 'Staggered Holidays.' Other titles included are 'Death of a God,' 'Shadow Play,' 'Primavera,' and 'Long Journey' among others. 'A Place of One's Own' was originally issued as a separate book and make into a very successful film. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely with minor shelf wear only. the dust wrapper is very smart with minor shelf wear only and a minor sunning to the spine, price-clipped. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Fine
