This example in a resonably well preserved example of the short lived Dutton issued "Modern Dress" dust jacket in the circle design. This is the 19th EL printing of Copperfield. Tightly bound in fulll red cloth with extra gilt design to spine. Dust jacket in horizontal bands of purple, white and fuscia; jacket lightly sun dulled at spine and with an old paper tape mend to a short tear top edge of the cover panel. EL catalog or editions featured in the Modern Dress jackets is on the rear cover. NF/VG- .
