Melbourne: Riall Bros., [1957]. First Edition. Softcover Paperback. Good Condition. 21cm x 14cm. 36 pages. Lettered saddle-stapled french fold wrappers. Paper originally given as a talk at a public meeting called by the South Australian Peace Committee, Society of Friend's Hall, North Adelaide, on 6th April, 1957. Strehlow discusses the future of the Aborigines, possible policies, and general outlook. This copy with a newspaper article about Strehlow and Albert Namatjira laid in. Previous owner's name to wrappers upper panel. Old tape stains and tanning to wrappers verso and first and last page from protective wraps now removed. Tear to crown fore-edge corner of title page.
