London: Evans Brothers Limited, 1951. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo. 269pp. First printing. Navy coloured cloth with gilt spine lettering. Very light bumping to the spine foot, light offsetting and ink name to the front endpaper, Claude Bissell's copy. Light foxing to the rear blank, else clean and unmarked throughout, in a tight a square binding. Dust jacket with light chips and nicks in the corners, with very shallow chipping to the spine ends, with a few names in pencil to the rear dust jacket flap of Canadians found in Index. With 18 illustrations, including the frontis. A very good copy.
