Tan cloth with red lettering and red, dark green and light green pictorial stamping. x, 367pp. Frontispiece, 27 full-page plates (as called for). Very good. Some edgewear, rubbing and light soiling, with spine lettering especially rubbed; inner hinges expertly, archivally strengthened, thus tight. A decent first edition of this juvenile football tale, clean and nice.
