A number of b/w, line drawings & illustrations within text throughout.* Pages: Approx. 190 pp. text. in separate numbered blocks.* Description: The Sexton Blake stories provided fine detective and adventure fiction to the Great British public for well over half a century. Many of these were published in Union Jack Magazine. The hero of these stories became a household name and deservedly takes his place amongst other heroes of fictional folklore. In this volume, extracts are taken from the Dec. 1925, 1926, 1927, 1928, June 1925, and various Union Jack detective supplements. In addition the facsimile pages show numerous advertisements for such products as Hornby, Meccano, Hobbies magazine and Platignum Pens.* A NEAR FINE text copy of the 1st thus, with some minor faults in a VG+ protected dust jacket.*
