Sheet measures 17 1/2" x 10".<br/> <br/> This beautiful 18th century engraving depicts a cotton bird's nest, with two eggs. <br> <br> Adam Ludwig Wirsing (1733-1797) was a German engraver and publisher based in Nuremberg. In very good condition. Full original margins. Wirsing created the work after Barbara Dietzsch to appear as watercolors. Barbara Regina Dietzsch (1706 - 1783) was a Bavarian painter and engraver known for her still life paintings.<br/> <br/>
