Greene 50 Best 1 BASIC 45 (B). MCVICKER A2 (a2). Text printed from the original plates, exception: dedication page was corrected to read the way Dobie meant it "a clean cowman of the Texas soil." The word "clean" was left out of the first edition by the publisher. No dj.
