New York: Whittlesey House/McGraw-Hill, 1945. First Edition. Stated First Printing. Inscribed, signed and dated (1946) by the author on front free endpaper. In grey cloth covers with card suits and lettering in black and red on front cover and spine. Square and intact binding. Clean and unmarked endpapers and text pages. Bumping of ends of spine. Jacket: Price clipped on front flap. Front flap is detached from front panel. The rest of jacket is heavily chipped with pieces missing on ends of spine and edges. Photos upon request. . Signed by Author. Hardcover. Good/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
