Abingdon and New York: Routledge, 2015. Third Edition. Hardcover. 10mo, viii, 304 pages. In Very Good minus condition. Bound in the publisher's blue cloth bearing white lettering to the spine. Boards show extremely light wear including minor bumps to the spine edges. Two small chips to the rear and one to the rear tail edge. Text block has very mild wear to the edges with ex-library name stamped to the head edge. Few ex-library markings interiorly and sticker to the rear end paper and slight wear to the gutter to the advertisement page. Illustrated. Third edition.
