Toronto: Macmillan, 1944. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Blue cloth, gilt lettering to front board and to spine. Modest soiling to outer page edges; faint fade to spine and to upper edges of boards. Signed on the title page. Dustjacket has a chip to the upper edge of front panel; short closed tear with adjacnet crease to lower edge of front panel. Small chip to lower edge rear panel.
