William Heinemann, 1962. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fair/Fair. Brown boards with mauve dust jacket. Some considerable browning and foxing to block edge and outer pages and some page edges also have fox marks. No inscriptions. Dust jacket is heavily foxed on the reverse. Spine is faded and has some brown splash marks. Light wear to top of spine and edges. Dust jacket remains unclipped. At time of listing we also have volume 1 in a slightly inferior condition.
