Gerge H. Doran, 1913. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good -. Presumed first with no reprint information on the copyright page. Beige cloth, with white stamped lettering, black stsamped borders, and an oval pictorial pasted onto the front panel. The volume is lightly bumped at the spine ends and corners and there is a slight cant to the spine. The unclipped dust jacket (price of "75 cts" is in the middle of the spine), protected in sleeve, is edge rubbed with corner and spine chips, soiled, and creased on the front panel.
