Original gray cloth, with black stamped titles on spine, and decorative design on front cover. 100pp., with color frontise, and b/w photos throughout. Light shelfwear to boards, foxing along the edges and to the endpapers, plus a few pages that are lightly foxed, (overall not bad), else a Very Good copy of this scarce monograph.
