Red boards with highly decorative black imprint on front and spine, gilt title on spine. All pages toned, chipping to some early pages, bumping to spine and 2 mm tear to top of spine. No jacket present. Good condition.

H. Rider Haggard (1856-1925) was a British writer of adventure fiction. Later printing of Rider's historical fantasy about Cleopatra.
