PRESENTATION COPY from the author quarto brown cloth (edges worn/spine splits but tight/lower cover damp spotted) 80pp about ten leaves with tide mark strangely scattered between unmarked pages. Rear endpaper browned and most marked but still a very clearly readable copy listing all the Communion plate for each church, their dates and inscriptions etc.
