Signed and inscribed on the half title page by the author as follows: "To Jim, Merry Christmasville!/Michael Dutton/". 349 pages, a prologue, 12 chapters, and an epilogue. On the title page there is a library stamp and a date where it was released. No other library markings on the inside or outside of the book that I can find and a took a good look! No creasing on the spine, no underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no remainder marks, no dogeared pages, no foxing, no smudges. All in all, a quite serviceable and presentable copy, available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
