Slightly smaller book, dark blue-ribbed cloth with embossed logo at center front, spine lightly faded, gilt lettering on spine bright, 247 lightly browned heavy pages plus catalog, top tips of p. 29 and 135 creased. Lectures include: The Idea of Progress, The Need for Religion, The Gospel and Social Progress, Progressive Christianity, The Perils of Progress, Progress and God. Very small white smudge at top front left. Very Good.
