1901. TAGUCHI, Bairei. and Toshu MATSUI. Chiyo no nishiki. 2 volumes. Each volume illustrated with 26 colour woodblock plates. Oblong folio, 325 x 230 mm., bound in publisher's wrappers in a new chitsu case. Kyoto: Miyata Toyamado, 1901. An extremely rare and unusual work, in that it comprises a collection of kimono designs for men. Wrappers worn, and there is some wear to the corners, but the woodcuts are in bright, fresh condition. OCLC records only the copy in the National Diet Library.
