Bound in publisher's original green buckram with gilt titling and decorations on the spine. Top edge gilt. Reproduction of author's signature embossed on the front cover. With black-and-white steel engraving by Geoffroy. The book is in good condition. Wear to the covers and spine. The gilt on the spine is clear and vibrant. Some moisture stains to the margins of the textblock. The textblock is gently toned and largely clean. The binding is sound.
