Brockhampton Press, 1953. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1953. First Edition. 125 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Black and white illustrations by Lilian Buchanan throughout. Prize plate stuck to front endpaper. Clean pages with faint tanning and foxing throughout. Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Notable water staining to pages throughout, most notable to p.17 and p.124. Pen inscription to half title page. Mild tanning and foxing to text block edges. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable white stain to front board. Heavy sunning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing and tearing to ends. Mild water stains and droplets to boards. Boards are moderately warped.
