Corners slightly bumped. Lt. Collins was born in East Tennessee & moved to Texas, settling in Decatur. Early in 1862, he joined the Confederate army & rose to the rank of lieutenant in Co. B, 15th Texas Cavalry, Cleburne's Division. Fought at Chickamauga, Chattanooga, Nashville, etc. Collins' narrative is well written and informative. IN TALL COTTON 25; NEVINS I, 72; DORNBUSCH II, 1063B. Very nice copy. Rare
